1 Acceptance of Terms of Use

By registering an account or using any services provided by wee88, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all Terms and Conditions contained in this document. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and wee88 ("Platform").

2 Account Eligibility

3 Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms. wee88 employs automated detection systems and manual reviews to identify duplicate accounts, and immediate action will be taken including account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory to enable withdrawals and to protect your account. Documents that may be requested include:

• Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) – front and back
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement not older than 3 months)
• Screenshot or proof of the payment method used

4 Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

All deposits into your wee88 account must be made via payment methods supported by the platform, including FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. The minimum deposit is RM10 and funds are typically credited within seconds after transaction confirmation.

The withdrawal conditions are as follows:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or eWallet that registered under the same name with your wee88 account.
• All bonus rollover requirements must be fulfilled before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Wee88 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal deemed unusual.

• Completed game results cannot be cancelled or reversed unless there is clear evidence of a system technical failure.

• The use of automated software, bots, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

7 Acceptable User Conduct

8 Account Suspension & Termination

In the event of account termination at the user's request:

• Eligible balances will be returned once all conditions are met and security checks are completed.

In the event of termination due to a terms violation, wee88 reserves the right to withhold the entire account balance depending on the severity of the breach.

To the extent permitted by law, wee88 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from service disruptions, technical failures beyond our control, or actions of third parties.

• Wee88 does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from disruptions or technical errors.
• Users are solely responsible for the security of their own login credentials.
• Wee88 is not responsible for any losses arising from users sharing their account information with third parties.

10 Amendments to These Terms

Wee88 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, we endeavour to inform users of significant changes via in-platform notifications or your registered email.

It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure ongoing compliance with the latest version. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms.
